Two Fluid Nozzle
The stainless steel spray assembly features an inner tube that channels the liquid sample to a small-diameter jet. An outer tube guides compressed air to the nozzle. Each unit comes with a 1.5 mm jet, and other sizes (0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, and 2.0 mm) are also available.
Peristaltic Pump
Equipped with a self-priming peristaltic pump to ensure uniform feeding of liquid samples. The peristaltic pump can adjust the feeding speed through the touch screen.

Working principle of YC-3000 Spray Freeze Dryer
The liquid material is first atomized into tiny droplets through the nozzle. The size of these droplets is usually between 1 and 200 microns. The mist material is then quickly cooled to below the freezing point and condensed into ice crystals, while retaining the original structure and active ingredients of the material. The frozen material (ice crystals) sublimates and dries into powder in a vacuum environment.
