The working principle of YC-610 Tablet Coating Machine is that the coating pan performs reciprocating circular motion driven by the motor, and the pills and tablets are driven by the guide plate and anti-slip strip of the coating pan to perform reciprocating tumbling motion continuously. The spray head continuously sprays the coating material onto the tablet bed layer. At the same time, under negative pressure, hot air continuously passes through the tablet bed layer and is discharged from the bottom, so that the coating material on the surface of the pills is dried quickly and evenly, thus forming a solid, flat, uniform and smooth outer film.
The capacity of YC-610 Tablet Coating Machine is 100g-400g/batch.
The standard coating pot diameter of YC-610 Tablet Coating Machine is 210mm, and 260mm and 300mm coating pots are optional.
There is a special guide plate design in the coating pot, which is in a Z shape, which can realize the Z-shaped flipping movement of the tablet bed layer, extend the material running path, and improve the coating uniformity.

When the atomization pressure is less than or exceeds the set range, the peristaltic pump will automatically stop feeding to prevent dripping and uneven coating.
