Components are easy to install and disassemble
Pilotech YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is very convenient to install and disassemble. The components are connected by clamps and then tightened. When disassembling, just loosen the clamps to take it out. YC-1000 fluid bed dryer is designed to be easily disassembled, making the cleaning process very simple.

to YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine
YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is a multifunctional laboratory spray granulator, also called boiling granulator, fluid bed granulator or fluid bed dryer. Its functions are spray drying, fluid bed granulation, fluid bed coating and fluid bed drying.
YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is the only fluid bed granulator with spray drying function. Its spray drying function is the same as YC-1800 low temperature spray dryer, which is a low-temperature spray dryer.
The minimum air inlet temperature of YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is 105°C, and the minimum outlet air temperature is 60°C, which is far lower than ordinary laboratory spray dryers.
When YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is used for spray drying, the capacity is 1,500ml/h, and minimum capacity is 30ml. When YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is used for granulation and coating, the capacity is 1000g per batch. The minimum amount of material used is 50g, which is suitable for spray drying and spray granulation of materials with a small amount.
The drying chamber of YC-1000 Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is a mixed of stainless steel and high borosilicate glass, which is beneficial to observation experiments and will not be easily broken like full glass.
