Pilotech YC-015 Laboratory Spray Dryer features a twin-fluid nozzle made of SUS316L stainless steel. This material is corrosion and temperature resistant. The nozzle is designed to achieve a uniform particle size distribution. Equipped with a 1.0 mm nozzle, other sizes available.
Durable Borosilicate Glass Components
Spray chamber, cyclone separator, collector are all made of Borosilicate glass which can resist strong acid/alkali, high temperature. It can work in a no-pollution and stable environment, and the whole process can be inspected. All the spare parts are easy to install and clean.
Air Compressor Built-in
Built-in oil-free compressor, using buffer technology, low noise, easy to move. Compressed air container is made of SUS 304 stainless steel to avoid steam corrosion damage.
