The use of YC-015A Inert Loop Lab Spray Dryer is very safe. The body of the machine is made of 304 stainless steel. For materials that may be corrosive to stainless steel, we can spray polytetranegative ethylene (F4) on the inner wall to meet different material requirements. We can also customize spray heads of different materials, such as some hydrochloric acid-resistant materials or resistant for other corrosive material materials, we can customize the spray head according to your needs. The spray head can also be customized as a three-fluid spray head according to the needs to meet the mixed drying needs of different materials.
YC-015A Inert Loop Lab Spray Dryer is equipped with oxygen monitoring system, nitrogen circulation system, solvent recovery system and solvent online discharge system. We need to set a safe value of oxygen concentration before the experiment. When the oxygen concentration in the system is high and when the value is lower than the set value, the system will not be able to start or stop automatically to ensure the safety of the experiment.
