So we tried to reduce the inlet air temperature of the spray dryer, the minimum inlet air temperature is reduced from 150°C to 105°C, and reduced the outlet temperature to 60 degrees, It’s completely solved the problem of sugary materials sticking to the inner wall at high temperature.
