Pilotech YC-2100 vacuum spray dryer uses the principle of lowering the boiling point of water under vacuum conditions, and adopts a combination of spray drying and vacuum drying to reduce the inlet air temperature from 150°C to about 50°C, and the outlet air temperature is as low as 45°C, completely solving the problem of heat-sensitive materials and sugar-containing materials.
Because Pilotech YC-2100 vacuum spray dryer is a vacuum low-temperature spray dryer, it is suitable for some sticky materials. The dried materials do not stick to the wall, and the recovery rate is high, up to 85%.
