Wiped Film Evaporator Chamber
It works by allowing the liquid material to flow down the heated tube wall in a thin film under the action of the scraper. This thin film distribution enhances heat transfer, promotes efficient evaporation and ensures that the material is treated evenly as it passes through the chamber.
Solvent Recovery Through Condensation
As the evaporated material rises from the heated section, it passes into the condenser where it is rapidly cooled, converting the vapor back into liquid form. This liquid, now separated from the condensed material, is collected in designated containers for recovery or disposal.

Workflow of the YC-210 Wiped Film Evaporator
The liquid material enters through the feed pipe and flows downward in a film along the wall of the heating pipe for heat transfer and evaporation. The evaporated water (solvent) becomes liquid under the action of the condenser and is recovered separately, and the concentrated material flows back into the container.
During the entire concentration process, the residence time of the material from entering the system for concentration to leaving the heat source is very short, only 30 seconds. For heat-sensitive materials, its active ingredients can be kept from being destroyed by high temperature to the greatest extent.
