Pilotech YC-02 UHT Sterilizer features customizable holding tubes with options of 5s, 10s, 15s, 30s, and 300s, allowing precise control over the sterilization time. YC-02 UHT sterilizer is a sterilizer specially developed by us for laboratory experiment. It completely simulates industrial production, with the same principle, sterilization process and experimental results. YC-02 UHT sterilizer mainly sterilizes liquid materials, such as beverages, juices, dairy products, etc.
The rated capacity of YC-02 UHT sterilizer is 20L/h, and only 3-5L of material is needed to complete an experiment. If you need a larger capacity, we have 20L/H, 40L/H, 50L/H, 60L/H capacity for you to choose.
YC-02 UHT sterilizer can be used for stability testing of food additives, such as color screening and flavor selection. Secondly, it can also be used for the development of new products.
Principle of YC-02 UHT sterilizer
The material is pumped into the pipeline through a screw pump and sterilized in the pipeline. The pipeline is mainly divided into two areas.
The first section is the pasteurization section, and the sterilization temperature is generally below 90°C.
The second section is the ultra-high temperature sterilization section. When we use water for testing during ultra-high temperature sterilization, we can theoretically achieve 150 °C sterilization. When sterilizing ordinary materials, the highest temperature is 142 °C. The temperature accuracy is controlled at about ±1°C. (The accuracy measured when the temperature is 135°C).
The standard insulation tube equipped with the YC-02 UHT sterilizer is 10 seconds. But we provide customizable options, including 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds and 300 seconds. These tubes can be connected in series to achieve the required insulation time. For example, 10 seconds and 5 seconds can be connected in series to 15 seconds.
YC-02 UHT sterilizer uses selected system components, all major components are installed in a stainless steel cabinet, and two heating pumps are standard, without steam.
YC-02 UHT sterilizer can also record test data in real time and can be directly saved as an excel file, which is convenient for writing papers.
YC-02 UHT sterilizer uses tap water for cooling, usually reducing the temperature to around 80°C for filling. For applications that require lower temperatures, an optional ice water device is available.
YC-02 UHT sterilizer is equipped with a cleaning in place (CIP) function, which can automatically clean after sterilization. The screw pump speed can be adjusted to 400 L/H for quick cleaning.
When YC-02 UHT sterilizer is finished sterilizing, you can choose our filling system for canning. The filling system has a built-in SIP sterilization function, which can sterilize our filling pipes.
In addition, the filling system also has a HEPA filter with a 99.99% filtration effect. The filling system belongs to the 100 purification level and is equipped with a UV lamp.
In order to fully simulate industrial conditions, we provide optional other accessories, such as online homogenizers. Our three-piston homogenizers are pulse-free, which prevents the homogenizer from affecting the temperature stability of the sterilizer, and can achieve online pre-homogenization and post-homogenization. In addition, there are optional ozone generators.
Our ultra-high temperature sterilizers are all equipped with CIP and SIP functions as standard to simplify operation to the greatest extent and ensure the cleanliness and sterility of the system.
